College of the Mainland theatre students are debuting radio theatre this semester with holiday hits.

College of the Mainland students will step back to the 1940s with radio theatre performances.

AN EVENING OF CAROL BURNETT SKETCHES presented by COM Theatre

Dec. 8, 7– 9 p.m., COM Fine Arts Building Room 117

The COM Theatre Acting I-II-III classes will present a hilarious evening of comedy featuring actual classic sketches from the 1960s/1970s TV hit, “The Carol Burnett Show!”  The performance is free and donations to the Mark Adams Memorial Fund for Student Scholarships will be gladly accepted.

IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE – The Radio Play presented by COM Theatre

Dec. 15, 7– 9 p.m., COM Fine Arts Building Room 117

COM Theatre presents the holiday favorite, “It’s a Wonderful Life," as a live radio play! Watch the classic story of George Bailey unfold as in his despair an angel named Clarence shows him how much his life has impacted the town of Bedford Falls. The cost of admission is one unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots.
