Sprint, leap and score during summer sports camps at College of the Mainland. The college offers weeklong volleyball, basketball, soccer and football camps for children and teens.

Volleyball camp (Ages 7-13)

Helping players step up their game, this volleyball camp will excite students about the sport. Players will improve fundamentals including serving, passing, setting and hitting. Skills-based drills and wave competition drills help students apply what they learn.
 
Date: July 27-31, 9 a.m. to noon

Basketball Camp (Ages 7-10)
 
Dribbling, shooting and passing, basketball players will hone fundamental skills in this camp. Coaches will guide players in shooting, ball handling, rebounding, passing defense, conditioning, foot speed and agility. Activities focus on fundamentals, team building and fun.
 
Date: Aug. 3-7, 9 a.m. to noon

Basketball Camp (Ages 11-14)

Through one-on-one coaching, drills and games, basketball players will strengthen their skills. The camp helps students with shooting, ball handling, rebounding, passing defense, conditioning, foot speed and agility. Activities focus on fundamentals, team building and fun.

Soccer camp (Ages 8-15)
Run, kick and score in this fun, active soccer camp. Drills and games will improve passing, dribbling, shooting, offensive and defensive skills. Campers should bring sneakers, soccer cleats and shin guards.
 
Dates: June 22-26, 9 a.m. to noon, or July 20-24, 9 a.m. to noon

Quarterback Camp
 
This camp will focus on QB fundamentals. Participants will improve passing, footwork, drop backs, competition and conditioning. Campers should bring sneakers or cleats (sneakers on rainy days).

Offensive Lineman Camp (Ages 9-15)

This camp helps potential offensive linemen learn what it takes to succeed. Coaching and activities target stance, pass protection, first step and extension, run play, first step and quick strike, pull technique, and strength and conditioning. Campers should bring sneakers or cleats (sneakers on rainy days).
