College of the Mainland hosted a Department of Homeland Security public listening session Nov. 5 to allow industry and private stakeholders to comment on a recent executive order on improving chemical facility safety and security.

A panel gave an overview of the various sections of the executive order and the progress made to date before welcoming public comments.
