Presentation Guidelines and Rubric
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- There will be three to four student talks (depending on the number of submissions) per session.
- Student talks will be followed by a Discussion/Q&A session.
- Students will be contacted by email within four days of abstract submission deadline.
15-minute presentations
- Presenters should aim for 12-13 minute talks.
- Time will be given for questions and transitions.
- There will be no penalty for talks over 13 minutes.
