College of the Mainland does not employ outside investment advisors or managers to make investment decisions for the college district. David Wesse, Vice President for Fiscal Affairs, and Trudy Trochesset, Controller, are appointed as the investment officers for the district.

College of the Mainland does not use soft dollar, directed brokerage or direct commission, commission recapture or similar arrangements.

College of the Mainland is associated with College of the Mainland Foundation, a foundation established solely for the benefit of the College and its educational endeavors. The foundation may be contacted at 409-933-8557.

The COM Foundation total value of assets measured at fair value on a recurring basis is $4,091,807.
