An associate's degree in business can open many doors of opportunity for the student. The student may choose to look for employment in different business areas in accounting, management, marketing, banking, sales etc. or choose to continue higher studies in a 4-year institution.

An AA in business can equip the student with basic business skills and cover general education requirements for a Bachelor’s degree.
