A regular meeting of the board of trustees of College of the Mainland was held on Monday, July 27, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. in the Doyle Family Administration Building – Room 129.

All trustees were present except Verna Henson and Alan Waters.

Board Items of Interest

Marketing and Public Affairs presented the 2022 COM community image survey results.

COM Police Chief Sylvia Chapa presented the 2021 Racial Profile Report.

Vice President of Instruction Jerry Fliger presented the Academic Master Plan Update.

The board approved awarding contract 22-17 for the purchase of furniture and installation services in an amount not-to-exceed $175,000 to be paid from 2018 bond funds

All other agenda items were approved.
