Direct Loan Refund Schedule
Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans are processed differently from grants and scholarships. While grants are often applied immediately after the census date, federal student loans follow strict regulatory timelines for disbursement (when funds are applied to your tuition balance) and subsequent refunding (when excess funds are sent to your BankMobile preference).
Active Loan Disbursement Calendars
This schedule only applies to students who have fully completed the loan process before the semester begins. Also, students must be present for a minimum of 6 hours on the census date. All other refunds will be based on the date you complete the loan process.
