COM Board Report: October 26, 2020
Board Items of Interest
An update on the Title V Grant: El Camino Claro - A Clear Pathway to Student Success Year 5 Final Evaluation was presented by Dr. Tim Culver, VP for Student Success, Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
A COM Theatre program update was presented by Theatre Director, H. Russ Brown.
The following leadership position were approved:
Rachel Boaz was approved for the position of Associate Degree Nursing Faculty, Nursing Department.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposed by Austin Commercial was approved for:
Construction of the New Industrial Careers Building
Construction of the New Police Department Building
Demolition of the Existing Police Department Building
for a not-to-exceed amount of $35,855,317 to be paid from 2018 bond funds.
All other agenda items were unanimously approved.
