Vaccination Incentive Program (VIP)*
Are you a VIP? Students who choose to voluntarily participate in COM’s Vaccination Incentive Program will be entered into a random drawing to win one of 150 one-time bookstore credits valued at $300 each.
Open to both credit and continuing education students, full- or part-time. Must be enrolled at COM for the Fall 2021 semester. Student must receive the full COVID-19 vaccination by October 1, 2021 to participate.
Deadline and Prize Announcement
The deadline to enter the drawing is noon on Friday, October 1.
Winners will be announced on Monday, October 4.
Bookstore credit is for one-time use only – no balance will be offered. The credit expires on January 31, 2022.
How to Enter
To participate, students should submit a copy of their CDC issued COVID-19 vaccination card and their COM student ID to email@example.com. Or you can stop by Connor Jennings’ office (Student Center, Rm. 206) or Kari Starz’s office (Gym, Rm. 125) to submit your documents in person. It’s that easy!!!
