Desktop Support Technician Certificate

This certificate is designed to provide the beginning student with a 2-semester solution on entering the IT industry. You will learn the skills needed to troubleshoot both software and hardware related computer problems and the written and verbal skills essential to your success in a competitive work environment.
MCSE Certificate

This certificate is for the student who has already obtained an associate degree in a related field or has extensive knowledge in this area of study. Because of this, some prerequisites for these courses may be waved to allow for concurrent enrollment. This certificate is not recommended for the beginning student.

Network Security Certificate

The Network Security Certificate is an advanced skills certificate that is considered to be a continuation of the Networking Administrating Technologies AAS degree. Equivalent education or certifications may satisfy this prerequisite.
Admission to the College does not guarantee admission into the Network Security Certificate.
MCSA Marketable Skills Award

This marketable skills award will provides the student with the skills to successfully implement, manage, and troubleshoot the ongoing needs of Microsoft Windows® 2003–based operating environment. This certificate does not include instruction on the hardware aspects of networking.

With Emphasis in Network Administrative Technologies

The Network Administrative Technologies (NAT) Program covers a wide variety of fields in the technically challenging area Network Administration and Management. While focusing on Microsoft Windows 2003 network operating system, a student in this program will receive training in multiple network operating systems as well as the hardware needed to support a networking environment.
