Background

I completed my BA in Economics from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and my MBA from University of Houston, Central Campus. All those years as a student, I also worked full-time to support myself through college. I know it is not easy, but it is achievable and it is a great experience too.

I have been teaching at COM since 1997, and prior to that I taught at other community colleges. Right after finishing college, I joined the Management Trainee program of what is now Bank of America. I was a banker for 6 years. I also worked for J P Morgan/Chase Bank in downtown Houston.

I enjoy teaching enormously. I like working with my students and use discussions, videos, and other classroom or internet activities to enhance the learning process. Always feel free to call me if you have any questions.
