The real estate academy at the College of the Mainland Learning Center in League City is offering two new two-week real estate classes beginning July 6. A Principles II class will meet Mondays through Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the Principles I class will meet from 6 to 10 p.m.
