College for the Mainland President Michael Elam will hold a town hall meeting at the Bayou Vista Galveston MUD #12 Building at 2929 Highway 6 on July 13 at 6:30 p.m. Dr. Elam will share his vision and future plans for the college and solicit input from residents.
