Honor society inducts new members

College of the Mainland’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the national community college honor society, inducted 16 new members at its fall induction ceremony. New members have completed at least 12 credit hours at COM with a minimum grade point average of 3.5. COM’s chapter, Sigma Delta, has earned Five Star Chapter status, the highest ranking a college can receive, for the past 14 years for its active involvement in leadership and community service.
