Clinical Rotation Information

All of your clinical questions will be answered at the mandatory orientation, generally scheduled on the first or second Saturday of classes from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check the published schedule for dates.

A full list of items must be completed prior to attending clinicals. Some of these are completed at the mandatory orientation; others you must complete on your own. Here are some forms to help you get started:

  • Background Check (required for registration)--this document tells you how to get your background check done.

These take 2-3 business days to process. Once the check is complete, we will contact you via email that your registration form is signed and ready. You will have to register in person at the Enrollment Center.

  • Program Information Packet - Preclinical Requirements

Prior to the beginning of class, you should look for an email from This will contain sign-in instructions for our online scheduling site. After you have completed your Pre-Clinical Checklist, you may sign up for desired shifts as required by your clinical class. Clinical Coordinator Julianne Duncan will approve or deny your request based on site availability. You may not attend a clinical site without prior approval through WhenToWork. Requests are due on the 20th of the month prior to desired clinical date.

Your clinical documents will be provided at Clinical Orientation.
