Distance Education, or online learning as it is sometimes called, is available to all students. The registration and enrollment process is the same for online courses as it is for traditional courses. There are several different types of online courses, Internet, Hybrid, Telecourses and Enhanced courses. We encourage you to take the READI Assessment to see if you are ready to take your first online course.
New Format for the Online Learner Workshop, Fall 2009 Semester
Starting this fall, the Online Learner Workshop will be delivered in a new format. Students will no longer have to register for the course or even log into Blackboard to access it. When the new format goes live, a student can simply click on the Online Learner Workshop button, located on the Students tab within the de@com web site - www.com.edu/de, and begin the interactive Blackboard tutorial. This new format is available now.
