What happened to WebCT?
Beginning this summer all online, hybrid, and web enhanced courses will be hosted on our new course management system. This system is the newest, most current version of WebCT and is now called Blackboard Learning System CE 6. The name of the product was changed when WebCT and Blackboard merged in 2006.

Do I need to attend the Online Learner Workshop?
All students, both new to the online environment and those with WebCT experience, are required to successfully complete the new Online Learner Workshop before you enter your next online or hybrid course.. Here you will learn how to access your courses and become familiar with this new learning environment. The workshop is offered in either an online or face to face format. You will find a list of all available Online Learner Workshops in the printed schedule, WebAdvisor, and on the Student Page of the Distance Education web site. Please register for the Online Learner Workshop with Admissions to reserve a seat in the section of your choice.
