The COM Programming Certificate is an introduction to the field through labs and classes taught by industry-certified instructors. Students discover the software development process and learn several programming languages.

Students gain hands-on experience and college credit through a co-op job at a local business.

Graduates have background knowledge and skills for pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer programming. Students planning to transfer to a university should check which courses may count toward their degree program.
