Applying for Graduation
Deadline to submit applications for graduation is Friday, March 30, 2012.
Forms are available in the Advisement or Admissions offices.
Students applying for graduation must meet with their academic advisor and have a degree plan attached to their signed graduation application. Graduation applications should only be submitted to the Admissions Office during the semester of completion.

Graduation Information
Commencement
Commencement will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 at the Abundant Life Center, 106 Delaney LaMarque, TX. It starts at 7:00pm and lasts about 2 hours. Doors will open to the public at 6:00 pm. Tickets are not required for entrance.
Graduation Packets
Graduation packets will be mailed out Friday, April 13, 2012. Graduates should call Admissions at 409-933-8264 if they haven’t received their diploma packet by April 20, 2012.
Regalia
Regalia can be picked up starting April 16, 2012 in the bookstore. There is no charge for graduates’ regalia. Graduates can purchase announcements in the bookstore for a small fee. They may also purchase their PTK stoles in the bookstore. For all other PTK related items, contact Chris Allen at Ext. 8333
Pictures
Pictures will be taken at graduation by Flash Photography. COM only supplies the list of grads to the photographer. Flash Photography can be contacted at (800) 410-8070.
Enrollment Verification
College of the Mainland has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Transcripts
Official transcripts of all course work taken at College of the Mainland are available in the Admissions and Records Office in the Administration Building Room 149. Transcripts may also be obtained by filling out and submitting a:

Transcript requests are normally processed within 24 hours. Please allow extra processing time during registration periods.
Transcript availability is withheld from students who have a financial obligation or other commitment outstanding to the college until the obligation is cleared.
