First time applicants are requested to apply online in the Admissions Office located in the Administration Building, room A-140 (hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online at www.com.edu/apply. For more information, call extension 8264.

Step No. 2.

Present documentation verifying residency. The State of Texas requires documentation to verify at least 12 months residency in the State in order to be eligible to pay in-state tuition / fees. View the residency requirements online or refer to the current College Catalog.

3. Present ** official transcripts of high school attended or GED Certificate of Completion.

4. Provide the Admissions Office with acceptable SAT or ACT scores or schedule an entrance appraisal examination. Call ext. 8264.

5. Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor by calling ext. 8297.

4. Students who have not satisfied THEA enrollment requirements at a previously attended institution or without ACT, SAT or appraisal test scores may be required to schedule an appraisal examination. Call ext. 8379.

Schedule classes! Consult the class schedules for current course offerings and register online at www.com.edu.

Step No. 7

Arrange payment of tuition and fees. Consult the College Catalog or Credit Schedule for a complete tuition and fee schedule and payment options.
