Refunds are calculated according to the number of semester days as directed by state law. Complete details are contained in the College Catalog.

Spring 2008 Session

Students who officially withdraw from the institution will have their refundable tuition and mandatory fees refunded according to the following schedule:

Spring 2008 16-week Session

  • 100% Refund - On or before January 22, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before February 4, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before February 11, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after February 12, 2008.

Spring 2008 8-week Session #1 (begins on 1/15/2008)

  • 100% Refund - On or before January 16, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before January 25, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before January 29, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after January 30, 2008.

Spring 2008 8-week Session #2 (begins on 3/10/2008)

  • 100% Refund - On or before March 11, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before March 26, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before March 28, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after March 31, 2008.

Spring 2008 8-week Session #3 (begins on 3/24/2008)

  • 100% Refund - On or before March 25, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before April 2, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before April 4, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after April 7, 2008.

Spring 2008 12-week Session (begins on 2/11/2008)

  • 100% Refund - On or before February 12, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before February 26, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before February 29, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after March 1, 2008.

Spring 2008 Mini-Session (begins on 5/12/2008)

  • 100% Refund - On or before May 13, 2008.
  • 70% Refund - On or before May 14, 2008.
  • 25% Refund - On or before May 15, 2008.
  • NO Refunds - On or after May 16, 2008.

Partial Refunds

Students who reduce their semester credit hour load by officially dropping a course(s) and remain enrolled at the institution will have applicable tuitions and fees refunded according to the same schedule as above.

Refund checks are mailed every Friday beginning on February 22, 2008.

Minimum Tuition

  • In-district -- $186.00 for all courses up to six (6) hours.
  • Out-of-district -- $390.00 for all courses up to six (6) hours.
  • Out-of-state -- $582.00 for all courses up to six (6) hours.
  • Out-of-country -- $582.00 for all courses up to six (6) hours.

Please note that Processing Fees are non-refundable.

* Classes that are not semester length will have individual refund dates.
